Edwin and I are sitting on the couch in my apartment looking at Wii's online. All of a sudden we come to the realization that we could go get one at Target and still play today. As we quickly get ready to leave, Edwin says, "This is why our lives suck during the week." I'm thinking, because we don't play Wii everyday? He meant because we get incredibly excited about the prospect of playing Wii while my roommate Lydie and probably every other TFA-er in the country is diligently planning lessons. I think it's why we get along so well :) Don't worry, we still get our work done!
Lo and behold, I now have a Wii. I used my graduation money to get it (I know you are thinking, wow Chel, you saved that money almost a whole year? You betcha.), and I got a Wii Fit too. I'm pretty excited about it- the Wii Fit customizes workouts for you, and you can do yoga, cardio, etc. I'll keep you posted on its greatness.

Wow I am seriously jealous! I used to play Wii against twin 5 year olds that I babysat for. Not gonna lie, it was a rare occasion when I won. Enjoy it!! You should bring it when you come to Altoona next. It will be glorious.
Whoa... momma Barnes and I posted at the exact same time. It's fate!
incredible synchrony...is that a word?
Random side note (because there aren't enough comments for this entry): Just looked up Jodi's tour schedule and found that she will be in Minneapolis on March 12. Worth a trip from Texas? Time will tell. Also, you'll want to take a look at the slideshow from the premiere of The Pact. I was all smiles throughout. http://www.jodipicoult.com/
